Every morning, in our own kitchen, by our chef. It is included for everyone staying at the inn, so there is nothing to add and nothing to book.
You come down and the day starts with a hot plate and coffee rather than a drive into town. The great room sits across the fireplace from the dining room, so there is somewhere to sit afterwards.
Eight rooms means eight rooms' worth of breakfast, so nobody is queueing for a table.
Breakfast for guests staying nearby
Breakfast is open to people staying nearby as well, including guests at the cabins around us. There is not much else out this way in the morning.
Call ahead if you can, so we can be ready for you. If you turn up without ringing that is fine too, it may just take us a little longer.
A full restaurant kitchen, focused on breakfast
There is a state-inspected commercial kitchen back there with a chef running it, which is why breakfast is cooked rather than laid out.
The kitchen can do more than it does today, and in time it will. Anything new will appear on this page once it is running.

Eating the rest of the day
Robbinsville is about twenty-three minutes away and has the nearest restaurants and groceries. Worth deciding on supper before the end of the afternoon.
Do your shopping on the way in rather than driving back out for it, and plan supper before you set out, particularly on a Sunday. Kitchens out here keep country hours and Sunday is the day that catches people.
Once you are here, the pavilion and the firepit are both perfectly good places to eat something you brought with you.
